Inspired

Felt inspired this afternoon to change up the look of my blog. For the most part I’m loving it, though I still have a few small tweaks to make over the next day or so.
I never redesigned the basic template I’m using, and so it never really felt like my own. Now it does.
Whatcha think?

I like how different it is. Feels elegantly fun. Nice work.

It’s nice….but you might want to figure out a way to reposition the “Share This” button. It doesn’t seem to fit the rest of the design. But, I’m also an idiot…

Wow! I like it. Is that pipe and valve in your basement???
One note of correction, there is a blog missing from you list of “Blogs That Link Here”, mine. 😉 Whadyasay?

Were you not frustrating in 1993?
It looks really clean and elegant – love the banner.

your creative journal masthead is just a blank light blue. what’s up with that?

yeah…Kenny, the masthead on my computer is just a blank light blue too. I expect better from an artist.

I can see the masthead just fine. But that’s because i’m on the far superior Mac operating system. 🙂 I like what you’ve done with the place.
I’m not crazy about the blue rule, though. I think it creates an unnecessarily abrupt transition between the copy block and the side bar. I do like the swirly design elements though. Nice metaphor with the rusty spicket. That’s definitely what my creativity has felt like in recent months.
