Where: JFK Library & Museum
What: Full floor-to-ceiling black & white photo of JFK walking outside the White House with his brother Robert. Kate thought it would be cute to have me stand with my back to the camera to give the illusion of being there. It kinda worked, but obviously they were much better dressed.

Where: Fenway Park
What: We toured one of the oldest ballparks in America. Built originally in 1912 and the first of many reconstructions in 1934. The combination of old red brick and signature “Fenway Green” really helped one feel they were someplace special.

What: Kate and Erin taking in the ballpark. The famed Green Monster behind them. My two girls are both so beautiful.

Where: Harvard University
What: A quick lunch at an Irish bistro and a stroll through Harvard Square. Erin seemed pretty pleased with the atmosphere, curriculum, athletics and electives. It’s now near the top of her list.

Where: New England Aquarium
What: A fantastic afternoon at one of the greatest Aquariums on the East Coast. The building is centered on a 4-story salt water tank housing hundreds of fish (turtles, sharks, eels, etc…). This giant sea turtle was among our favorites. He was a nice mixture of Dude Crush and Sam the Eagle.

What: Erin made a new friend in the gift shop. No, Mr. Penguin didn’t come home with us. Maybe next year.
